Anne Drury is my favorite stylist! Her elegance, sense of style and versatility is awe inspiring. She has a gift for creating the perfect cut and color to work with your own unique style. I've watched her work her magic on edgy students, hip professionals, conservative business professionals, seniors, children and men. Curly or straight-you can feel at ease in her chair. She listens to your needs and if you need guidance, you can rely on her to find something that will be perfect for you! She's down to earth and a gift to the salon.

I have been going to Joseph at Salon Joseph for close to 15 years. It's hard to find someone that really knows how to work with curly hair - Joseph is a pro. He's always open to ideas and also has great ideas of his own. Joseph is a perfectionist. He takes his time to do things right - and over the years has used lots of little tricks to control the wave, curl and frizz. When my daughter got married, Joseph came to the hotel and did my hair as well as those of most of the wedding party. Plus - he's really a great guy. The salon itself is very comfortable - the colors are warm and inviting and a relaxing place to spend your hours each month. I don't live very close to Queen Anne, where this salon is located but it's worth every mile to get there.

While Salon Joseph offers a full range of talented and service oriented stylists, Monica is the best Salon Joseph has to offer and that's saying a lot. She has an incredible ability to be creative in her approach to cutting hair, while still making sure that the customer has the ultimate say to ensure total satisfaction with the results, which are always fantastic. Like most, I've always been extremely critical of anyone cutting my hair, however, with Monica, I have full confidence in her skills as a stylist and her proactive approach in listening that combine for the perfect style each and every time.

My one year anniversary of going to Salon Joseph is coming up, and it's been 12 months of great hair and exceptional service from Monica. I really appreciate her friendly personality and attention to detail. She always makes me feel welcome from the moment I come through the door. I've never had a stylist who has so much fun with a haircut or made me feel so good about my hair. Monica is up for anything: cut, color, highlights, etc. And she's very confident, knowlegable, skilled, and easy to talk to. Monica takes her work seriously and is always professional. Most importantly, Monica truly loves what she does, and that's why she's so great at her job. I'm looking forward to another great year of hair from Salon Joseph!

The salon was terrific. Anna is amazing at natural-looking highlights and she'll have you laughing the entire time. I knew after my first visit that this was my salon.

Heather is a master hair stylist - cut and color. A complete professional, and a really nice person. A pleasure to deal with. The salon is always attractive, clean, comfortable - a soothing place to be.

Pros: an excellent experience all around. Excellent hair. plus, fabulous coffee!

I moved up to Seattle from Portland in June and started going to Salon Joseph. It is close to where I live but mostly I went because I knew Ashley prior. I was a little nervous, because I didn't want to have to stop going to see her because of poor services. (she has been friends with my fiancee's family longer than my fiancee and I have known each other!) Needless to say, I was very happy with the services she provided and have not stopped going since my first visit. I always look forward to seeing her and have a blast getting my hair cut and colored. She does a great job of suggesting ways to update my hair and isn't pushy about it. I would recommend her to anyone that recently moved to the Seattle area.

i love this salon. and i love my stylist, Monica. i know that once i sit in her chair i will come out looking great!!! i've never had a bad experience at salon joseph, i've tried many salons, as well as many stylist. it took me about 4 years to finally find someone to trust with my hair. i love that monica is so creative. she asks me what i'd like to do, i give her an general idea of what i'd like to do and from there i put it in her hands because i know she'll make it look amazing. i don't know where i'd be with monica.

Due to previous BAD experiences (before meeting Monica), I was very paranoid regarding my hair and I was extremely anxious about getting anything done to it. In my experiences most hairdressers chop my length and gave me the hairstyle of their choice rather than listen to my requests. Monica is very trustworthy and I often just tell her to decide what is best for me. She always remembers my personal preferences yet introduces colors, styles, current trends and techniques that are always personalized. I have been relying on her expertise for over three years and have been ecstatic after every visit with her. She always recommends products that are great for my hair but is never pushy and often suggests things I can do without product. I feel that Monica really cares about me, the health and integrity of my hair. She has taught me a lot about keeping long hair silky and sassy. Monica is always prompt with a smile and genuinely happy to see me. She is organized and her station is clean and aesthetically pleasing. She mixes it up enough to keep me excited and in style, but also respects my limits and knows my personality. Monica is an excellent combination of positive energy, creativity and a knowledgeable professional. I love her and you will too!!

A friend of mine recommended Ashley about a year ago and I have been going to her ever since. She is so fun to be around and I always love my haircuts!
