I have been to Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, and countless others in California and Florida. This place would do SO WELL if they went there. They are among the world class grooming establishments I've been to. They not only know how to do the cut I asked for, they did more than any other place I've been to--and it was included in the price. I never write, but when I found them online, I decided to give them the accolades they deserve. Definitely worth a try, and yes, they are worth the price.
Pros: Upscale to include a cafe while I waited. Extremely dog friendly, and I go what I asked for.
Cons: Parking

This place is great because they really care about thier customers. My dog left looking great and was happier than he has ever been after a day at the groomers.
Pros: PERFECT
Cons: PARKING

My beautiful and timid english bulldog has had enough of bullying nail clipping. Gooming SPA is in our neighborhood and Olivia happily trots over to have her nails cared for. We have always just walked in, and are always greeted with delight and care. I have takien Olivia there a half-dozen times now with consistent care and professionalism. I am so grateful for your services and would highly recommend the Spa for any timid dog and/or pet owner!

If you really care about pampering your dog AND yourself, you have to try this place. I loved the experience not only for my best buddy, but for me, too. We were treated very professionally, but at the same time, we had fun. I've tried a lot of other places that seem like they're trying to copy these guys, but after trying a few other places, we realized we made a mistake and haven't gone anywhere else since. The service and atmosphere can't be matched. Do yourself and your best friend a favor. Try these guys out. You'll be happy you did.

I happened upon the Groomingspa about 8 years ago. I brought in my 12 year old husky for some much-needed hair removal. She needed extra special care because her hips were going out. These people were the most kind, knowledgeable people that I have encountered in 30 years of pet ownership. They even referred me to an accupuncturist which gave my dog a few extra months of pain-free existence. Groomingspa staff were ALWAYS concerned about the well-being of my dog. She was my everything. They treated her as if she was their own. That's why I love this place. I now have two other dogs. I continue to go there based on my past experience and have no hesitation to recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!! Rarely do I write reviews, but I am compelled to let other pet owners know--if you are looking for a well-respected and established grooming facility that is extremely clean and modern, look no further: this is the place for you.
Pros: Location, Flexibility, Empathy, Knowledge, Skill, Cleanliness, Value
Cons: Hardly any

I recently brought my dog here for a haircut and ended up having to take him to the emergency room. When I picked him up the groomers never mentioned to me that they had cut him. I brought him home and he wouldn't stop shaking. That is when I noticed he had a very deep, dime-sized gouge taken out of his belly, and for a six-pound dog, this is a very serious injury. The doctor said that the wound was most definitely caused by a clipper that had snagged his skin and ripped out a large piece of flesh. The wound was on the midline seam of his belly and if he didn't get stitches he was in serious danger of ripping further. The next morning, I returned to the Grooming Spa and told them what happened. They immediately denied and just as quickly admitted to injuring him, then glossed over the severity of his injury. I can understand that accidents happen but their failure to notify me completely betrayed my trust and put my dog in danger. I will not bring him back.

We have been bringing our big collie Copper to the good people at GroomingSpa for all of his ten years, would never dream of going elsewhere. We loved it initially because the groomers/owners were so nice to Copper and we love it still for the same reason. A bonus is that they do excellent grooming, and we should know since we own one of the hairiest dogs around! Copper gets potty breaks, water breaks, treats and comes home looking and feeling pounds lighter. Now that he's older, the staff/owners all treat him especially carefully. Neither he nor I worry when he's in their competent hands. I highly recommend the full service as well as the self service offered.
Pros: cleanliness, caring groomers
Cons: it's a half-hour drive both ways for me, but well worth it

Had an excellent first experience! Staff is very detail oriented, accommodating, and friendly. My dog walked out with a beautiful cut and a wagging tail! Most important, I felt, is they really seemed to care about my dog and took great care of her.

I was very dissatisfied with the grooming services for my dog. In addition, their customer service is very poor. I recommend you take your pet elsewhere.
Cons: Overpriced, Poor Customer Service
