I gladly am using Wessco for window coverings in a third different house. Owner Leigh Nelson is a pleasure to deal with, and she likely has not encountered a situation that your home offers She also will not pressure customers into products, often warning about pricing. The women in the showroom, Camm and Rosanna and the rest, also are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The coverings in the house I just sold were a huge selling point; they truly added to the ambience of the home. If I ever have to move again, I know the windows are covered (so to speak) with Wessco. I know this sounds like an ad, but my enthusiasm for this company has moved me to post a review for the first time.

We did the right thing and got competing quotes for our plantation shutters. Not only was Wessco cheaper, but they were closer to home too. We also appreciated the owners' hands-on approach, and excellent design advice during the in-home consultation. Everyone loves our shutters, and we think they add incredible value to the home. Wessco is a neighborhood company that can compete head-to-head with any faceless chain store. And outdo them in every possible way. We found out about them when we received their postcard in the mail after moving into our new home: "Tired of dressing in front of the neighbors?"
Pros: Location, hands-on service, attentiveness
Cons: Lead-times on product delivery can be slow depending on demand.

Wessco Blinds delivered on time and with the perfect blinds for my windows! Their excellent customer service, from the initial order to the final delivery was very impressive. I especially enjoyed the designer touch the in home specialist offered which resulted in a perfect match for my window treatments. I highly reccommend this company as they were courteous, polite, ON TIME, and most of all, they deliver an outstanding product. I have grown leary of "in home" services, from inviting strangers into my home to being bullied into purchasing items I did not want or need. Wessco did not use any of these tactics and the specialist was very knowledgeable of their inventory and listened to my particular needs. Great company!! Call them!! I'll be BACK!!!

After hearing from friends what a wonderful job the company had done in their home I recommended my Grandmother use them as well. My grandmother recently purchased a new home. She was overwhelmed with all the choices she was making and was not looking forward to one more choice. When the owner of the store showed she had a few ideas but wanted to get my Grandmother what she would be happy with. The owner walked her through the choices and helped Grandma relax about the anxiety of one more choice. When Grandma was done she had a beautiful product that makes her happy. My mother has now decided to use Wessco for her windows and has been happy with her service thus far.
Pros: they come to your house for a custom fit

My mothers job requires her to travel frequently for business, and last spring she asked me to help her get new blinds for her house prior to my brothers graduation. I was referred to Wessco by family friends who have used them multiple times. The level of service we received was excellent, and the store manager came out the house twice, once to measure and meet with me to get the project started and a second time to meet with my mother to make the final decision. She was very knowledgeable about the available products and took a comprehensive approach to the project, offering insight on energy efficiency, appearance and convenience of use. The blinds were installed within the promised time frame and the installer did a great job. To top it off, this year Hunter Douglas decided to discontinue the fabric my mom selected. Wessco contacted her before the fabric was taken off the market to make sure everything was working well and she wasnt having any problems that would require replacement (and potentially mismatched blinds). Talk about great customer service!

We had Wessco do the window coverings for our older home that had just had major renovation done on it. We were returning customers who found that the company did an excellent job as ususal. The owner came to our home and had very creative ideas on window treatments for the home which had some challenges due to the age of the home. Delivery and installation were great. We would definately use Wessco again!

My next door neighbor had some wooden Hunter douglas blinds put in by Wessco Blinds and was very satisfied. When I needed something to keep the am light out of the bedroom I called them. The co rep came and measured the windows and the installation was done very nicely. The price was very low comparied to ads I saw in the newspapers
Pros: Quality personal, very efficent, did what was promised

I recently decided to update the decor of my home and I didn't know where to start. A friend recommended me to Wessco. She said that they were extemely helpful to her when she remodeled her home. I found the service to be wonderful, they did a free in home consultation as well as offered wonderful decorating tips. The products that they sold where of the highest quality! Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I purchased several window coverings for our new home from Wessco Blinds. We have used them for our previous home many years ago and we were happy to recieve the same quality and service from this company. We will happily use them again if we move in the future.

In a dispute over poor quality, damaged window dressings for over $1000. They delivered damaged goods, refuse to fix them, and called me unreasonable. I still do not have the window dressings I ordered 4 months ago, but yet they have my money and refuse to either give me the product I ordered or my money back. Additionally and most offensively, they provided false information to VISA during our payment dispute. Extremely UNETHICAL business practices. GO ELSEWHERE... there are many other Hunter Douglas representatives in town
