This center offers meditation and Buddhism to all levels. Beginners who may not have interest in Buddhism but want to learn meditation or ones who are interested in taken it to another level. They have many branches throughout Seattle.
Pros: Open to everyone-all faiths and non faiths
Cons: Closed some times for retreats in the summer
