This is a AAA approved shop that well deserves the approval. I actually work for AAA so am so happy to recommend them. I have had my car in twice now for the kind of repairs that aren't so easy to diagnose. One was a sensor that Autologic was able to figure out exactly which one was failing (the bad check engine light) two years ago and never a problem since. The most recent was a power assisted steering failure in my MR2 Toyota Spyder that never showed a warning light, the power steering just became sporadic one day. After much care, thoughtfulness and consideration (I was back and forth for serious testing to see if the problem would occur again) Autologic determined it was the power steering motor and I must say, even though I was covered under a warranty, did not want to replace something that did not need to be replaced. They tested electronics, sensors, contacts, everything to rule out that despite the fact that the failure codes indicated replace the motor, they were not satisfied with that alone and went to great lengths to make SURE this was the problem. A lot of places will tell you do this or that, substitute this or that, but Autologic makes sure to use approved systems and fluids. When you spend a bit of bucks on a car, I don't want to just mickey something. I want to keep my baby for the long haul! Cars are more complicated these days with computer driven processes and Autologic makes sure that the repairs are done to factory specs, they have a smart team there, and a price well below the dealership (at least in my case) and I am nothing but pleased!!!!
Pros: Intelligent solution driven repair shop
Cons: None

This is the type of business that makes you want to come back. No one wants to pay to fix their cars, But all cars break and when they do you want to have the work done by a shop that you feel confident that the work was done right. Autologic is that shop. Frank and the Crew Explain things in a concise and easy way, that even my daughter understands the problem and the solutions. I am a Car Crazy guy and they can give details of the problem and how they fixed it I know that the job was done right! I would recommend this place of business to any one. M Hill

I called AAA auto club (800 AAA-help) when my car stalled on 520 during rush hour traffic. A nice lady @ AAA helped me get a tow truck and find a good shop. She quickly suggested Autologic. The operator placed me on hold & called the shop to see if they could help. Autologic said they would stay late to help me. It turns out the operator had her car serviced at almost all of the AAA shops in town & liked Autologic best. She told me that she & her family now only use them. A tow truck arrived quickly to get me so I ended my conversation with the operator (she was long winded about how great this shop is). I did not say much to the tow truck driver while he was hooking up my car to his truck. The driver asked where I wanted to take my car so I turned the question around and asked him who does he suggest. He quickly responded Autologic. I asked why & he said that they have been servicing his moms car for over 25 years. I quickly agreed to go there. The shop does not look like a normal shop because there are no garage doors in the front. There was a small line of people picking up or dropping off there cars. I was quickly aknowledged & was told I will be helped shortly. The wait was very short & one of the two advisors quickly got me signed in, the two truck driver taken care of & had a rental car ready for me. It seemed like they knew that I had better things to be doing with my time. They were very busy however squeezed me. It turns out that a previous repair that was performed at a different shop had gone bad. The young man helping me asked what shop did the previous repairs & offered to help me to get them to help. He called the other shop & spoke with them. My warranty had expired & the other shop would not help. This shop found the vendor for the part & had it replaced for free. Turns out my part had a longer warranty than the labor to install! LAME! Autologic only charged for the labor & gave a 2yr war! I LOVE THIS SHOP THEY SAVED ME OVER $800.00 IN PARTS ALONE!
Pros: COMMUNICATION, COST, WARRANTY, COURTESY SHUTTLE, WAITING ROOM, CLEAN RESTROOM
Cons: NO TV IN WAITING ROOM, INSTANT COFFEE TASTES BAD, DRAB APPEARANCE

I went here needing my car window repaired. They not only repaired the window they went above and beyond, to clean off the tape that had to hold up the window. I felt the service and quality of the repairs was excellent, as well as the service. I would highly recommend Auto logic.
Pros: efficient service.
Cons: Location can be a bit hidden

They refused to give me a quote on the phone even after I explained that I was very busy with work and it would be difficult for me to come by for them to take a look. Insulted my intelligence by saying the sound I heard driving down the road might even be my windows when I know it is coming from my wheels.

I have gotten my oil changed and bought tires through Autologic. I am very skeptical of auto repair shops in general because in the past I have felt treated very unfairly because I do not know much about cars. But Autologic went out of their way to explain things to me so that I could understand them, this takes a lot of caring about your customers and shows me that they are a very honest company. I feel that Autologic did a fabulous job on my car and I am now a loyal customer! Thank You!

If I had to pick one word to describe Autologic, it would be "integrity." We have been taking our vehicles to Autologic for almost as long as they have been in business, and would not really consider taking any of them anywhere else. We have always been treated with the utmost of fairness and honesty. When they misdiagnose a problem and have to undo and redo work, they have never charged us for their do-overs. Our 1998 Dodge Durango has had several problems, all occuring after the warranty expired (of course). Autologic has worked very hard to minimize our expense of these repairs. Our "fleet" also includes a vintage 1968 Winnebago, which Autologic has kept in great running condition even though it has often required some very innovative solutions to problems.
Pros: Honest, courteous, competent
Cons: Hard to find the first time

I will only bring my car here!!! They are always fair. Prices are usually average to good. Generally all surrounding mechanic shops (and there are many of them) recomend them when they can't figure out the issue with your car. That is exactly how I found them and now that is the only place I trust.
Pros: They are upfront and straight forward. They like complex issues and take pride in what they do.
